Personal Touch when Learning NLP
When training NLP in Darlington, or ‘in house’ at your organisation, Alan Johnson makes learning NLP both understandable and enjoyable. As part of this, Alan will find out about you learning style and adapt the training to more fully meet your needs.

Hands on delivery of NLP
Because Alan insists on very practical approach when delivering training in the North-East of England, with maximum opportunity to practice new skills as you learn them, the courses are very ‘hands on’. This, we believe, ensures you learn at all levels and are able to practice the technology of NLP immediately.

Small Groups- Diploma, Practitioner & Mastery
We insist on small groups of up to 18 people, when Alan Johnson delivers NLP training in Darlington- to ensure everyone is given maximum opportunity to ask questions and learn in a way that most suits them.

No Pre-course Self-learning of NLP Training
At Train of Thought, we do not give you hours of pre-course learning to wade through before attending. We have a strong value in training all required hours of our NLP training in Darlington in person, so you know that you always have the support of Alan Johnson- an INLPTA NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner- at hand.

Time to integrate & learn your NLP course
We train in 2-day blocks, in the North-East of England near Darlington- with time in between to learn, reflect, notice NLP and practice the skills learnt on the course.

International Standards of NLP Training
All of our NLP courses ‘in-house’ and at Darlington meet the exacting standards of the International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA). This ensures you will be trained by Alan Johnson under the highest and most rigorous set of standards available.
