Day 1- Beyond the Mask
* How to recognise and understand the masks people put on to obscure the more personal and private aspects of who they are and how they feel.
You’ll have the chance to practice using these skills, and to learn how to use the new information you’ll have on those around you to become more effective, both at work and socially.
Day 2- Deeper understanding of the person behind the masks
Each human being is unique and complex but this section of the course offers additional tools for understanding an individual's attitudes, beliefs and behaviours; their view of life, others and self based on their experiences and how they express and process emotion.
In this section, we learn how to recognise where an individual may be 'stuck' in a negative behaviour pattern and steps toward encouraging positive growth and development.

has conducted numerous seminars and training events on this topic throughout Australia, Belgium, Canada, the Netherlands, the Uk and the USA.
